POSSIBLE Singapore hired for 99% SME Campaign
POSSIBLE Singapore was appointed to launch 99% SME Campaign with DBS SME Banking.
99% SME was an initiative by DBS SME Banking, SingTel & MediaCorp to help the growth of local SMEs with ingenuities to fire up local businesses. Local small to medium enterprises support approximately 70% of Singapore’s workforce via employment. 99% SME drove awareness of SMEs for growth in local spend and supported Singapore’s government emphasis on building local capability as SMEs now play an even more crucial role to shape the future of the country’s economy.
POSSIBLE Singapore’s campaign was aimed at generating a national movement to support SMEs in Singapore, developing creative assets and pushing responsiveness through all social communication channels via performance media. As part of the campaign, it also specifically developed a social campaign with locally renowned influencers to collect interesting bite-sized nuggets about SMEs in Singapore and helped encourage consumers to show their support during the campaign period. Through food bloggers to Instagramers, the campaign showcases home grown stories, videos and images on innovative spirit of the SMEs.
The official 99% SME Week was held from October 14-23. 2016, incorporating a 10-day shopping extravaganza of red hot deals from all participating SME’s and 99% SME sponsors.
POSSIBLE Singapore, DBS SME Banking, SingTel and MediaCorp hope to continue to do their part in assisting SMEs to meet their current needs and be better equipped for future challenges.
