MMA to host Singapore Forum on November 20

As the world of mobile is evolving, so too should the strategies marketers deploy. New technologies are providing exciting opportunities for marketers to create multi-channel engagement, and have a deeper, more meaningful relationship with their target by personalizing their strategies, and granting access to content their consumers’ want, when they want it. These innovations allow marketers to engage with consumers at various touch points throughout the entire path to purchase, and create a bond that lasts far beyond the point of sale. And while other channels are mostly a one-way dialogue, mobile puts the power to engage at the fingertips of the consumer. Focussing on the theme ‘Acquiring, Reaching and Engaging the Right Consumers with Mobile’, the Mobile Marketing Association is organising a Forum in Singapore on November 20.

The 2015 MMA Singapore Forum will focus on how brands can acquire and reach new customers and others, with the brimming options in the mobile toolbox including programmatic, location, video and more. Tech-savvy individuals, regardless of age, gender or race, use mobile to stay connected to friends, social causes and their favourite brands, but there is no one-size fits all solution. Every segment exhibits differences in their digital behaviour that marketers must be aware of, and the Singapore Forum will deliver all this in a one-day conference.

The list of speakers at the Forum include Dan Neary, Vice President of Asia Pacific, Facebook; Joanna Flint, Country Director, Google Singapore; Rahul Welde, Vice President – Media, Unilever; Herwinto Chandra Sutantyo, Digital Business Innovation Advisor, XL Axiata; Edward Pank, Managing Director, Warc Asia Pacific; Jayesh Easwaramony, VP & GM, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, InMobi; Nitin Mathur, Senior Director Marketing, Yahoo Asia Pacific; Vikas Gulati, Managing Director, Asia, Opera Mediaworks; Vishnu Mohan, Chief Executive Officer, Havas Media Group Asia Pacific and Ashutosh Srivastava, Chairman & CEO, Global Emerging Markets, Mindshare among others.

Furthermore, in conjunction with the MMA, Warc has conducted a survey amongst the marketing community to ask how they are currently using mobile as a channel and where and how they see mobile evolving in the future.
