NETS Singapore has launched a new campaign with KRDS urging people to cherish the moments that matter the most.
The concept behind the campaign highlights that people are so engrossed in their phones these days that they miss out on actual moments. People are so self-indulgent and engrossed these days, that they almost always miss out on what’s happening around them. There are interesting moments around them and they are completely unaware of them. Life is a summation of moments. Missing out on moments could mean missing out on life itself. NETS wanted to remind everyone about the moments around them and pay attention to the details.
The video campaign shows that two people cross paths on multiple occasions but always keep missing each other and is about will they ever meet? When the woman almost misplaces her phone, they finally meet each other for the first time.
The entire video was conceptualised, written, shot and edited in only three days by KRDS Singapore.
“Consumers almost always forget financial enablers. Brands like NETS become understated in the consumer’s mind. It was important for us to remind them about not just focussing on moments around them, but also about the brand NETS. The results have been quite encouraging, with over 35K views in less than 48 hours. At KRDS, we deployed ‘agile methodology’ during the production of the video and managed to prepare the video story, inclusive of scripting, story-boarding, taping and editing; in less than 3 working days,” explained Preetham Venkky, Head of Digital Strategy & Business, KRDS Singapore.
