Twitteratis celebrate Valentine’s Day with music composer Anu Malik
For Valentine’s Day the team of film – ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ held a ‘Dum daar’ Valentine activity on Twitter. Users got to celebrate their day of love with Indian musical composer Anu Malik. Lucky ‘Tweeple’ got a chance to have their special Valentine Tweet to their loved one get composed into a ‘crazy isspecial’ musical video by Anu Malik.
Such an activity has never been done before for a film. Glitch has dubbed the musical promotion of Dum Laga Ke Haisha as a great musical celebration on the day of love – Valentine’s Day. Also, the theme of the film revolves around the celebration of love – that comes in all sizes.
“Dum Laga Ke Haisha’s music takes one instantly back to the 90s and has garnered nostalgic reactions from the fans. The idea was to plug music and romance to make Valentine’s Day Special for our fans in a unique way. Anuji was spontaneous with his tunes and added an element of fun in his own inimitable style, which made it special all the way,” said Anand Gurnani, Vice President – Digital, Yash Raj Films.
Produced by Maneesh Sharma and Yash Raj Banners, and directed by Sharat Kataria, Dum Laga Ke Haisha is scheduled to hit the screens on February 27, 2015. Digital marketing of the movie is being handled by The Glitch.
