Apple is Ready to Show The World What’s Next in Mobile
Apple made it official yesterday, confirming months of speculation that the tech giant will show the world what’s next for iOS, Mac, and more on September 9th.
Invitations to Apple’s media event, taking place in less than two weeks, have now been distributed to select members of the media.
Sources close to Apple say the company will use the stage on that occasion to unveil iPhone 6 and its first ever smartwatch — the iWatch.
As far as the invite goes, the message it displays couldn’t be any more enigmatic, reading only “We wish we could say more.”
On September 9th, Apple will indeed say more — much more — and MMW will be there to cover it.
Current projections call for Apple to produce at least 80 million iPhone 6 handsets before the ball drops at midnight to welcome 2015.
