Omnicom & IPG Mediabrands lead India’s Top Digital Planners
BW Businessworld and Digital Market Asia hosted the second season of India’s Top Digital Planners at Bikaner House in Delhi on January 21, 2017 to honour the media planning and buying professionals who are the real heroes of successful new age marketing and work behind the scenes representing the best interests of their clients. The event was presented by Dainik Bhaskar Digital in partnership with DGM India and supported by Advoice.
Following a rigorous jury process led by Sanjeev Handa, VP and Head of Marketing, Maruti Suzuki, 25 professionals were named as ‘India’s Top Digital Planners’ and five were celebrated as the ‘Rising Stars’ of India’s planning industry.
Omnicom led the tally for the second year, securing nine of the 25 slots in the list and one winner in the Rising Star category. While IPG Mediabrands’ Interactive Avenues followed with six India’s Top Digital Planners winners, and two Rising Star wins. Dentsu’s Isobar had three winners – two from the Top Digital Planners and one from the Rising Star category.
